Please note that all apparel item pages include a size guide to assist you with your selection.

Exchanges & Returns:  All Halo Pig Brands apparel is "decorated-on-demand" according to the order placed.  Therefore, we cannot provide refunds, returns or exchanges due to purchaser desire for a different size, different item, or buyer's remorse.  Please utilize the size guide provided on each item's description page when selecting sizes. 

Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items:  Each decorated and shipped item passes through multiple stages of quality control.  However, if a damaged, defective or mislabeled item accidentally arrives to you, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Please be prepared to provide us with a detailed description of the problem and quality photos displaying the issue and our team will be happy to assist you.  Claims deemed to be error on our part will result in a free replacement of the merchandise.

Shipping Mishaps / Return to Sender:  Please be sure to double-check the accuracy of your delivery address that you provide with your order.  Items returned to sender due to an incorrectly entered delivery address will require additional shipping charges to re-ship to the corrected address.  All Halo Pig shipments do provide order-tracking but, as we have all come to know during the pandemic, timing doesn't always work out as planned.  Please contact us if there is an issue with receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.
